By applying for, booking, or participating in TIMELINE CODING® services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Service Overview
TIMELINE CODING® is a ladies-only, faith-anchored restoration methodology approached within an Islamic framework.
Services include Private Restoration Containers and Mapping & Restoration Containers, designed to support emotional and spiritual restoration through a structured process with ALLAH at the centre.
2. Before Your Session
To support a focused and uninterrupted experience, clients are asked to:
Arrive with sincerity and readiness to participate.
Be well hydrated.
Keep water nearby throughout the session.
Have a notebook and pen available for personal reflection.
Attend from a quiet, private environment where interruptions are minimised.
3. Ladies-Only Practice
TIMELINE CODING® is exclusively for women.
All Private Restoration Containers, Mapping & Restoration Containers, and any future group offerings are conducted within a ladies-only environment to preserve modesty, emotional safety, and dignity.
4. Applications, Bookings & Payments
Applications are reviewed before acceptance where applicable.
A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received (unless otherwise agreed) and written confirmation has been issued.
Payments are accepted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods currently include:

Proof of payment may be requested before confirmation.
5. Restoration Containers
TIMELINE CODING® currently offers:
Private Restoration Containers (One-to-One Sessions)
55-Minute Private Restoration Container
80-Minute Private Restoration Container
110-Minute Private Restoration Container
Mapping & Restoration Containers
2-Week Restoration Journey
4-Week Restoration Journey
6-Week Restoration Journey
Each restoration journey includes only the support, resources, and guidance described for that specific container at the time of booking.
6. Online Private Restoration Containers
Clients are responsible for:
A stable internet connection.
Suitable audio and video equipment.
Attending from a quiet, private environment where interruptions are minimised.
If technical difficulties arise due to facilitator issues, the session will be rescheduled where appropriate.
Client-side technical difficulties do not automatically qualify for refunds or additional session time.
7. Rescheduling, Late Arrival & Missed Sessions
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a booked Private Restoration Container.
Late arrival reduces the available session time.
Appointments missed without notice, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, may be forfeited.
Where a woman is participating in a Mapping & Restoration Container, any changes to scheduled sessions will be managed within the structure of her container where reasonably possible.
Exceptions may be considered at the facilitator’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.
8. Refund Policy
Completed Private Restoration Containers are non-refundable.
Mapping & Restoration Containers are non-refundable once the restoration journey has begun or personalised resources have been prepared.
Digital resources supplied as part of a restoration journey are non-refundable.
Where exceptional circumstances exist, requests will be considered individually.
9. Respectful Conduct
TIMELINE CODING® is founded upon dignity, respect, and Amānah.
Clients are expected to participate respectfully throughout the restoration process.
Harassment, abusive behaviour, intimidation, or repeated disregard for professional boundaries may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Recording, photographing, screen recording, or distributing any session or materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Intellectual Property
TIMELINE CODING®, including its name, methodology, written materials, worksheets, processes, graphics, frameworks, session structures, and associated resources, remains the intellectual property of TIMELINE CODING®.
Materials are provided for personal use only.
They may not be copied, reproduced, taught, distributed, adapted, or commercially used without prior written permission.
11. Communication
Official communication takes place through:
Messages are normally answered within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends, public holidays, and scheduled practice closures.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically to reflect changes in practice, services, or legal requirements.
The most current version published on the TIMELINE CODING® website will apply from its effective date.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, wellbeing, and participation throughout the restoration process.
